Delete Your Account.

How to delete your Amanah Business Chamber account and the data held in the Amanah Chamber member app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@amanahchamber.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. Include your full name and the mobile number on your membership.
  3. We confirm the request with you, and then delete the account.

Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of confirmation. We email you when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your account, sign-in details and member profile.
  • Your photos and uploaded files, including resumes.
  • Your requirements, responses, requests, community posts and job or talent postings.
  • Your saved favourites, notification settings, notifications and device tokens.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment and invoice records, kept as required by Indian tax and accounting law (up to 8 years).
  • A minimal record that the account existed and was deleted, kept to honour the deletion.

Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a membership fee already paid.

Only some of your data?

You can edit or remove most profile details yourself in the app. To delete specific data without closing your account, email support@amanahchamber.com and tell us what to remove.
